Get Fit or Die Tryin’ – Run, Interruped

Lesson learned – always take your shoes off before you blog. If I had, before writing my last entry, I would have known that the rubbing on the inside of my right foot had left me with a blister the size of my thumb on the arch. Ow. I drained the blister, and have been keeping it covered with ointment and gauze since Wednesday night. It’s still really sore, and wearing any shoes besides flip-flops…
