Get Fit or Die Tryin’ – One Step Forward, Three Steps Back

I was pretty down after my last run. My feet hurt, my knee hurt, and my inner competitive spirit was really beating the crap out of my heart and mind. My pace was slower than any of my previous runs (OK, only 20 seconds per mile slower, but when you’re crazy-competitive it matters…) and my right knee was really sore. So I did what any self-sufficient modern girl would do. I went to Facebook.
